Shipping & Returns
If you wish to return items to BFT Automation, please contact us for a returns number (North 0161 456 0456/ South 01488 674 750) and select option 3 to speak to our Technical Team. Our team will issue you with a unique returns number. Once you've been allocated a returns number, please send the items back to the BFT Automation office where you originally purchased the items from including a covering note with our returns number on and a description of the fault. Please do not write on the box.

Please note, sending items without a returns number could result in delayed processing. We advise all customers to check goods within 7 days of receipt. You can find our Terms of Sale here.
BFT Automation ships items across the UK using a number of different courier services. Orders placed before 2pm normally leave our warehouse on the same day and are usually delivered within 48 hours using the standard delivery*, however this cannot be guaranteed. Timed deliveries can be organised for most items upon request, please contact our Sales Team (North 0161 456 0456/ South 01488 674 750). Please note some items especially long length products such as barrier booms require special shipping.
Orders can be placed over the phone or on the website** where we will attempt to provide an estimated shipping cost. Please note that the shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the weight, size and different courier services. The shipping prices quoted are only an estimate. The weight of any item can be found on the product detail page.
*Highlands and Island, domestic address’s, long lengths to remotes areas may all require longer delivery periods and additional costs.
