ELECTRADROP MOTORISED ELECTRICAL DROPBOLT
Available in silver or black powder-coated finish. This bolt will require a PSU and a RELAY in order to be controlled from our control boards:
- RELAY04 230v AC relay for 230v control boards (RIGEL 6)
- RELAY03 24v AC relay for 24v control boards (Thalia l, Thalia P)
- RELAY-BASE for relays above.
SPECIFICATIONS
- The electrical dropbolt shall be operated by a spindle motor.
- The electrical dropbolt shall be available in two colours : black or silver.
- The electrical dropbolt shall have an obstacle detection system with automatic stop and pull back.
- The electrical dropbolt shall be able to be connected to any automated gate system.
- The electrical dropbolt shall allow a mechanical release (by key) in case of emergency or power failure.
- The electrical dropbolt shall be connected to a warning light on automated gates (min. 3sec prewarning signal).
- The electrical dropbolt shall be fitted with a relay for dropbolt detection.
- The electrical dropbolt shall have a minimal throw of 115mm (4 – 1/2”).
- The diameter of the dropbolt itself shall be 20mm (25/32”).
- The electrical dropbolt shall be able to be fitted on gate profiles of minimum 40mm (1 – 1/2”).
- The electrical dropbolt lock should be designed and manufactured in Europe or in the United States.
PERFORMANCE
- The electrical dropbolt shall have a resistance for pressure on the latch bolt of 500kg.
- The electrical dropbolt shall have been tested for 500.000 movements.
- The manufacturer warranty shall be 2 years.
INSTALLATION
- The electrical dropbolt shall be installed with stainless steel bolts.
- The electrical dropbolt shall only be installed vertically.
- A 5m connection cable shall be included.
- A 3D-installation explanatory video shall be available to assist the installer.
ELECTRICAL
- The electrical dropbolt shall have the following electrical requirements
- Voltage: 24V /DC
- Consumption: 25 W / Standby: 0,2 W
MATERIAL
- The electrical dropbolt shall be made of a vandal-proof, powder coated aluminium housing (no wet painting or anodization). The powder coating shall be according to the Qualicoat standards.
- The electrical dropbolt shall have a corrosion resistance of 500h salt spray according to ISO9227.
- The electrical dropbolt shall be fully weather- and dustproof (IP54).
- The electrical dropbolt shall have an UV-resistance against discoloration of 500h.
