Improved Kustos Twin operator kit
The Kustos BT B range holds two motors. The Kustos BT B25 and the Kustos BT B40 are both 24v electromechanical operators suitable for swing gate leaves up to 4m long and weighing up to 700kg with a covered worm screw (IP44).
These updated BFT swing gate kits offer a new installation experience as they work with the new Mitto Cool transmitter and new Thalia BT A80 control panel* which is only available in Phobos BT B and Kustos BT B Single and Twin Kits.
The Mitto Cool is BFT’s latest transmitter which is available in 2-button and 4-button versions. The improved appearance of the Mitto Cool means it’s smaller, lighter and has larger buttons. It’s easier to programme, has better security and an improved keyring loop.
The Thalia BT A80 is a new control panel replacing the Thalia Light control and is designed for 24v swing gate operators. This new Thalia panel has new casing with an improved internal design, removable remote memory that retains control panel settings and transmitter memory. It also has 128 standard transmitter capacity.

Further Improvements to the Kustos BT A
The new Kustos BT B40 twin kit allows for 200kg more weight from the previous model, as well as offering a 30% increase in opening and shutting speeds. The new Kustos range is also quieter, and easier to install with the magnet limit switch at the top of the motor.
The installation is easy and fast thanks to the magnetic limit switch at the top of the motor and the exclusive function that helps the installer to position it correctly using the motor’s vibration.
Kustos BT B Telescopic Operator Twin Kit
The Kustos BT B range are telescopic operators, and the covered worm screw ensures that the operators are protected from external factors such as water, dust, and dirt. The covered worm screw prevents access to any internal parts to ensure maximum security.
Obstacle detection
the management and control system of the D-Track pair ensures maximum safety for people and property, as well as making it easier to certify the system. The installation is easy and fast thanks to the magnetic limit switch at the top of the motor and the exclusive function that helps the installer to position it correctly using the motor’s vibration. The built-in mechanical stop avoids the use of a ground stop.
